1. Scope and operator
These Terms govern access to and use of Scorestatix. The legally responsible service provider must be identified before the service is offered publicly.

2. Service
Scorestatix provides football analytics, probability estimates, model outputs and decision-support information. Features may change as models, data sources and technical systems are updated. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Scorestatix does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every match, league, market or data point will be available.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law. If you use Scorestatix in connection with gambling, you are responsible for ensuring that gambling is lawful for you and that you satisfy applicable age requirements. Scorestatix itself does not accept wagers.
4. Accounts and security
If accounts are introduced, users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. Accounts may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms.
5. Paid services, subscriptions and consumer rights
If paid subscriptions or digital services are introduced, the price, billing interval, duration, renewal conditions, cancellation method and mandatory pre-contract information will be displayed before purchase. Consumer rights under mandatory Swedish and EU consumer law are not limited by these Terms.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a distance contract, the applicable withdrawal information and any legally required withdrawal function must be made available at the point of sale. No paid checkout is currently enabled in this frontend build.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Scorestatix software, original interface, branding, model presentation, text and other original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party team, league, competition, data-provider and other marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass access controls or security measures.
- Introducing malware, harmful automation or disruptive traffic.
- Scraping or redistributing protected content where not permitted by law or licence.
- Using the service to violate law or third-party rights.
- Misrepresenting Scorestatix outputs as guaranteed outcomes.
8. Accuracy, availability and liability
Scorestatix uses reasonable efforts to provide a reliable analytical service, but sporting events, third-party data and model outputs are inherently uncertain. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law, including mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes, termination and governing law
Material changes to paid or ongoing consumer services must be handled in accordance with applicable law and contractual commitments. These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence. Mandatory dispute resolution and court rights remain unaffected.
